1950’s Curvy Banquette

A vintage curved banquette reworked for balance and flow, with updated proportions and a softer, more sculpted feel.

Vintage curvy banquette. We think this one turned out stunning.

Here’s what we did:

• Extended the right side to match the desired dimensions
• Custom made left side piece
• Flipped the curve on the left side for better flow
• Added a 90-degree wood corner table along the back
• Attached and rounded out the seat cushions
• Wrapped the back cushions and reshaped them into a softer, more triangular curve

The end result feels more balanced, more intentional, and much easier to live with.
